Chapter One Winner: "THE LETTER"

A period story about a young maid who was cast out of the house she'd worked in with her mother, 
all of her life.   A note left by her mother before she died throws her life into turmoil and sends her

The winning Chapter 2 takes us back to the year of Katy's birth and uncovers the hardships

Chapter Three Winner:  "ANGER""

Chapter 3 takes a dangerous turn when Jameson meets Lady Catherine secretly in the garden to tell her that
her daughter is in the Castle.  Lord Penderly sees their emotional interaction and mistakenly thinks they are
having an affair.  He is enraged and attacks them both on their return but is stopped by Katy who smashes
him over the head with an ornament.  Katy runs away to hide as 3 victims are carried out of the castle,

ARTWORK COMPETITION

The story line has now been established through the winning Chapter 1:  "The Letter" so the competition is now open for Artists to submit their work to be used for the book cover.

All eligible artwork will be published on the Chapter Chain website, where public votes will be invited.

Voting for artwork will continue throughout the whole competition until the closing date for the final chapter.
